The Marketing Strategy


Our objective is to position Chateau du Francport as the leading hotel in the region of Compiegne for the international and national, local corporate, meeting, special event and weddings markets.
In addition it is our aim to promote the Chateau du Francport as the dynamic four star hotel of the region, by creating special events, unique packages and offering a service based on old fashioned hospitality that is both professional and friendly.

Despite its comprehensive transport links (2 international airports  within 45 minutes of the Chateau) its great number of major international and national businesses within a 30 miles radius of the Chateau, the region of Compiegne has no hotel of more than 3 star standard. Hotel stock has tended to develop in the lower branded market segments leaving other clients to travel to cities such as Chantilly and Paris to find hotel facilities of quality. This gap in the market, the Chateau du Francport is ready and able to fill.
 
Representation on the international stage will be hosted by Hotels & Preferences. With offices in the United States, Russia, Italy, Spain, Canada, Scandinavia and Great Britain, Hotels & Preferences will provide Chateau du Francport with the vital GDS (Global Distribution System) connections allowing international corporations and agencies direct access to our room availability and booking system. Rates are set to compete within the four star hotel businesses located north of Paris and will be positioned across all the market segments

Our fully integrated website will not only give direct access to the hotel property management system for direct individual reservations but also promote our tailor made packages and access to our special offers. E-marketing is an integral part of our action plan.

Our fine dining, exquisite cuisine restaurant will compete with the best quality restaurants in the area. We shall also run monthly events highlighting French and International regional food and wines.

Within easy reach of Europe’s largest airport, the main A1 motorway and Paris (city of dreams),  The Chateau du Francport is ideally placed for hosting events for local and European city based companies and executives, looking to get away from the constant hustle of corporate life.
